Return Policy

Items must be returned to us within 7 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for refund. Customer is responsible for coordinating return shipping and covering the cost. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return shipment back to us. We encourage you to use tracking and in most cases, insurance. If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.  Product should be unused and in the original condition. Items that are received after 7 days from the original purchase will not be eligible for a regular return, refund, or exchange. We will contact you when receiving a late return on restocking fees or whether the item will need to returned to you. We are not responsible for covering the return shipping to you in the event of late returns. Items that are received without all tags attached and original packaging may not be accepted for return, due to the increase in return fraud.

Kindly don`t share any bank related sensitive details like OTP, CVV or Credit/debit card to anyone. RTFACTS customer care team never demands for such confidential details from anyone.
