Shipping Policy

The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. If shipping to multiple addresses, shipping cost will be based on order total for each individual shipping address. Use the tables below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight.

How long does it take to deliver an order? Most of our orders typically ship in 2-7 business days (Mon-Fri), delivery thereafter depends on your shipping location.

International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover.Who pays for international import taxes? International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, RTFACTS has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and RTFACTS has no way of knowing what these charges may be. RTFACTS is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service. In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested.  The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

• In some pin codes, our shipping partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline 
• In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested. 
• Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express and DTDC.
• For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.
